DECISION INTELLIGENCE FOR CONSTRUCTION
The software makes the decision.
Not a system that organises project information and leaves the judgment to whoever is available. cAIstruct reads the contract, the drawings, the specification, the programme and the live project record — then recommends what should be done, and shows the evidence behind it.
cAIstruct automates work traditionally performed by project managers, commercial teams, procurement teams and project administrators. Built for owners, developers and corporate institutions.
RUN IT HERE
Pick a drawing package. cAIstruct decides.
Three real situations. The same engine that reads an owner’s live tender package — reading the evidence, classifying every finding, and reaching a position it will defend.
THE PROBLEM
Your project succeeds or fails on whichever project manager you were assigned.
One manager has met this problem before. Another hasn’t. One reads the contract correctly. Another misses a clause. One sees the financial consequence immediately. Another sees it in the monthly report. That variance is not a training problem — it is structural, and as an owner you carry it across every project you run.
The quality of the decision is the quality of the person available that day. When they leave, what they knew leaves with them.
The same evidence, weighed the same way, against the same standard — and the reasoning is recorded, so the decision can be defended later.
Same evidence. Same logic. Same standard. Every project.
Regardless of which project, which manager, which office, which city or which employee.
The cheapest tender and the cheapest project are rarely the same contractor. Levelling is the work of finding that out before you award, not eighteen months afterwards in a claim.

HOW IT WORKS
Construction know-how, applied to your live project.
cAIstruct does not need your history to work. It applies encoded construction, commercial and contractual know-how together with the requirements configured for the project’s jurisdiction, to the project in front of it.
Two inputs. One decision.
Encoded construction expertise across contracts, commercial management, project controls, codes and delivery.
The live contract, drawings, specification, programme, budget, correspondence and jurisdiction.
A recommendation, the reasoning, the financial and programme impact, and the sources it rests on.
Your completed projects, your contractors, your consultants, your previous decisions and your organisational standards.
The same engine, now also weighing how your organisation has actually performed and how it prefers to operate.
cAIstruct brings the construction intelligence. Vault brings your institutional intelligence.
EVIDENCE
Every recommendation shows its basis.
What sits behind a decision
The contract clause, the specification section, the drawing reference, the applicable requirement, the financial exposure, the schedule implication, the risk position and — where relevant — the alternative it suggests instead. Every decision is supported by traceable evidence wherever available.
And when it cannot
Where evidence is incomplete or two documents conflict, cAIstruct identifies the gap rather than presenting unsupported certainty. A stated uncertainty is more useful on a construction project than a confident guess.
THE PLATFORM
Four modules. One decision engine operating continuously across the project lifecycle.
| Module | The decision it makes |
|---|---|
| Tender | Levels every submission to a true like-for-like basis — exclusions, qualifications, scope gaps, programme and risk — then tells you which tender should be awarded, and why, with the expected final cost rather than just the tendered figure. |
| Contract | Drafts from the levelled award. Reads clauses you are asked to accept and takes a position: accept, reject, or replace with this wording — with the contractual conflict and the financial exposure of accepting it. |
| Financials | Determines entitlement on every variation, separates valid additional scope from work already priced, and updates budget, forecast, contingency and cash flow at the moment of approval. |
| Reporting | Board, executive, risk and cost reports produced at any moment from live project data. No monthly assembly exercise and no reconciliation between systems. |
Each module works on the current project alone. Vault, if added later, makes each one organisation-specific.
ACROSS ALL FOUR
The decision engine does not stop at a module boundary.
Project events
RFIs, site instructions, variations, change events, NCRs and safety events are each read, compared and decided.
Evidence chain
Every position linked back to the contract, drawing, specification or requirement that produced it.
Financial consequence
Every decision connected to its effect on budget, forecast, contingency and cash flow at the moment it is made.
Four modules that hand each other a decision already made properly. The award drives the contract. The contract drives the budget. The budget drives the report.
USE CASES
What a decision actually looks like.
Five situations. In each one the platform reaches a position and defends it.
A decision a senior director would take two days to research, model and validate. Every one of the examples above carries the clause, the drawing and the cost exposure that produced it.
PROJECT DECISIONS
Every project event becomes an informed decision.
Not a log entry with a due date. Take an RFI as the example: cAIstruct reads it, checks it against the drawings, the specification and the contract, and determines what should happen.
The same six steps apply to every event type above, so the response does not change depending on who picks it up.
SITUATIONAL INTELLIGENCE
When a known condition occurs, the protocol already exists.
Construction problems repeat. The response should not depend on who happens to be on site that morning.
Protocols and notification requirements are jurisdiction-specific and configured per project.
ROI
You are not buying software. You are removing a cost structure.
A project carries a project-management, commercial and administrative team, plus a stack of disconnected systems that need people to keep them in agreement with each other.
A PRODUCT PRINCIPLE
Every decision is connected to its financial consequence.
Not at month end, and not after someone reconciles two systems. When a decision is made, its effect on the money is visible in the same moment.
approved
ONE APPROVAL · SIX POSITIONS UPDATED · NO RECONCILIATION
WHAT IT REPLACES
One environment instead of seven, plus the reconciliation between them.
TRADITIONAL ENVIRONMENT
cAIstruct
Project control and financial information run from the same live project record, which is what removes the reconciliation step rather than automating it.
WHERE THE MANPOWER REDUCTION COMES FROM
Procurement
Bid comparison, quote levelling, scope comparison, exclusion identification, supplier and subcontractor comparison and award recommendation are performed by the platform — reducing the procurement resource required to evaluate and award project packages.
Reporting
Traditionally: a coordinator gathers, the PM checks, finance reconciles, a director reviews, the board receives. With cAIstruct: live project data, then the report. Stop paying people to assemble information the system already knows.
MODELLED IMPACT
What cAIstruct costs, against what cAIstruct displaces.
A subscription price on its own means nothing. It only means something beside the structure it removes. The figures below are modelled on a typical $40 million project.
A subscription price on its own means nothing. It only means something beside the structure it removes. Set the figures below to your own project.
Modelled, not guaranteed. Uses the business plan assumptions: a 30–45% reduction in project-management, commercial and administrative manpower (37.5% applied here) and a 50–70% reduction in software cost (60% applied here). Actual impact depends on project type, contract form, team structure and the systems you run today.
OPTIONAL INTELLIGENCE LAYER
cAIstruct Vault
cAIstruct brings the construction intelligence. Vault brings your institutional intelligence — applying your organisation’s own project history to future decisions. It is a separate, optional layer; the platform makes evidence-based decisions without it.
What happened before
Every project, decision, contractor, dispute and outcome — and what each one actually cost. Vault understands what decision was made, who made it, why, its schedule effect, whether it worked, and whether the same issue happened again.
How you prefer to operate
Preferred contract positions, approval thresholds, procurement preferences, risk tolerances, standard responses, preferred suppliers and contractors, internal protocols and lessons learned. Vault is not only a record of the past — it is how your organisation wants things done.
Your organisation has already paid for this knowledge. Vault makes sure it does not disappear when the project closes or the employee leaves.
WHAT GOES IN
No general AI can produce that sentence. It requires your history. “Contractor A is 4% cheaper, generated 11% more change order value and averaged 37 days late across three previous projects with you.”
IT IS NOT DOCUMENT STORAGE
Storage remembers that a file exists.
Vault understands the decision inside it — and what happened next. That is the difference between an archive and intelligence.
ADD PAST PROJECTS TO THE VAULT
With nothing in the Vault, the decision is made on levelling and risk alone.
Already have years of project history? Vault can be added at any time, before or after you start.

PRICING
Priced per project. Not per seat.
Put your commercial team, your consultants and your subcontractors in the same project without counting licences. The licence ends when the project does.
| Tier | Monthly, per project | Users | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Silver | $5,000 | Unlimited | Single project, owner or mid-size contractor |
| Gold | $6,000 | Unlimited | Multi-project programmes, portfolio reporting |
| Platinum | $7,500 | Unlimited | Enterprise, major infrastructure, full expert escalation |
Implementation is $3,500 once per client — not per project. Priced in USD; QAR billing available at the fixed peg. cAIstruct Vault is licensed separately.
In every tier
All four modules. Unlimited users on the project. The building codes and contract forms for your jurisdiction. Arabic and English. The decision engine on every project event.

Where we operate
Doha, Florida and Calgary. Each market carries its own building codes, contract forms and language, and the platform is built so a project in one does not inherit the assumptions of another.
